Production Time:
Our products are uniquely crafted on-demand just for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for the production of your item.
Domestic Shipping:
Once produced, shipping within the United States typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method and product weight/dimensions.
International Shipping:
International shipping times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 10-20 business days.
Please note that shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on destination and the size/weight of the package.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our production facility.
Please check your spam folder if you have not received it within the estimated production time.
Delays and Issues:
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearances may have an impact.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking and contact the carrier for an update. If further assistance is required, please contact us at info@blvckdept.com
Lost/Missing Packages:
BLVCK DEPT. is not liable for any products lost during shipping. However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
In the rare event of a missing package, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
For damaged or defective items, please contact us with photos of the product and the packaging. Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
Address Changes:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed but will make every effort to accommodate if the order has not yet been processed.
Custom Orders:
Custom or personalized orders are made just for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
